Competition registration starts on January 1st, 2020 and lasts until June 14th, 2020 (10:59pm).
If you are a pupil and would like to take part in the Pix Programming Challenge UK, you must set up an account through the free PixBlocks application. You can also ask your teacher to provide you with login details.
After logging into your account, click the ‘Pix Programming Challenge’ button. After completing the registration form, you will receive access to attempt the tasks of the competition.

Please note that if your account is not linked to a class created by your teacher it will be considered an individual account, thus we will not link your results to your school when publishing the results. If you want us to provide the school details, please ensure you join the class created by your teacher. To do so, go to User Options and enter the Class Code which is obtainable from your teacher.

If you are a teacher and you want your students to take part in the Pix Programming Challenge UK, you must set up an account through the PixBlocks application. The following video will show you how to set up a teacher’s account:
After logging into this account, create a virtual classroom in the Teacher Panel and add your students to it. This enables students without accounts to create their own. The following video will show you how to create a class in the app:
If your students have already registered their own accounts, you can still add them to your class. To do this, provide the student with the associated Class Code. The student will log into their account and select the option to join a class using this code.
Only participants whose accounts are linked with the class will be considered as school representatives.
